Summary: This ordinance, also known as the “Most Child-Friendly Barangay Award Ordinance”, aims to bolster Barangay Councils for the Protection of Children (BCPCs) across Naga City’s 27 barangays. Its core objectives are to safeguard and advance children’s rights and welfare, enhance the efficiency of barangay governance, and establish a sustainable framework for innovative child protection programs.
