Summary: This ordinance further amends Section 7 of Ordinance No. 98-107 (as amended by Ordinance Nos. 99-046 and 2000-009). It increases the authorized Route Measure Capacity (RMC) for trimobiles for hire in Barangay Pacol, Naga City, from 10 units to 20 units. The specified color code for these trimobiles is Tangerine, and their area of operation is Barangay Pacol. The ordinance took effect upon its approval and publication in a local newspaper.
