Summary: This ordinance further amends Section 7 of Ordinance No. 99-107, which governs the Special Trimobile Franchise for upper barangays in Naga City. It specifically authorizes the addition of five (5) trimobile units for hire to serve Barangay Panicuason, also known as the “Gray Zone”. This increases the total authorized trimobile units for Barangay Panicuason to 15. The ordinance was effective upon its approval and publication in a local newspaper.
