Summary: Ordinance No. 2003-088 exempts passenger jeepneys serving the Canaman-Naga and Magarao-Naga routes from specific provisions of Section 55, Article XVI of Ordinance No. 93-049, known as “The Transport and Traffic Code of Naga City.” This exemption allows these jeepneys to follow a prescribed route and schedule within Naga City during certain hours.
