Summary: Naga City Ordinance No. 2003-057 amends the Transport and Traffic Code to increase the maximum number of Padyak (pedicab) units for the BASPODA association in Barangay Bagumbayan Sur to 90. These orange-colored Padyaks are restricted to operating within Barangay Bagumbayan Sur, specifically from the corner of Bagumbayan highway to the Queborac/Marupit boundary and within its subdivisions, with plying along Bagumbayan highway strictly prohibited.
