Summary: Naga City Ordinance No. 2003-055 amends the Transport and Traffic Code to increase the maximum number of Padyak (pedicab) units for the MAVIPODA association in Barangay Balatas to 95. These green-colored Padyaks are permitted to operate within specific areas of Barangay Balatas, including Mariano Village Subdivision, Tapas Compound up to Sky Cable, and Mangga Street, with each Padyak restricted to its accredited association’s designated route.
