Summary: This ordinance amends Ordinance No. 98-107, which granted special trimobile franchises to four upper barangays in Naga City, by expanding coverage to include Del Rosario, Balatas, and Cararayan. It authorizes an additional 75 special trimobile units—25 units each for Del Rosario (Maroon), Balatas (White), and Cararayan (Orange)—with designated operating areas. Franchise applications must be recommended by the Trimobile Task Force, while a separate ordinance governs units for Villa Corazon and Doña Conchita subdivisions. The ordinance took effect upon approval and publication.
