Summary: This ordinance sets fees for using Plaza Quezon (₱1,000/day) and the Naga City Gymnasium (₱125–₱1,500/hour, depending on time and equipment). Government-sponsored and Barangay events are exempt with a Mayor’s Permit. Users pay fees to the City Treasurer’s Office and cover any damages. Funds go to a Trust Fund for maintenance. The ordinance took effect upon approval and publication.
