Summary: This ordinance formally declares and designates the area in Sitio Queborac, located in Barangay Bagumbayan Sur, Naga City, along the extension of Magsaysay Avenue (specifically between Bagumbayan Street going west and the municipal boundary of Camaligan, Camarines Sur) as the permanent site for the Integrated Northbound Jeepney Terminal. This ordinance serves to amend and enhance Ordinance No. 98-102, which was enacted on September 30, 1998, with this decision being confirmed after a public hearing found no further opposition. The ordinance became effective upon its approval.
