Summary: This ordinance amends Sections 71 and 72 of Naga City’s Revised Sanitary Code by requiring Guest Relations Officers (GROs) to secure an occupational license (P100/year) and a pink card (P25) before working in nightclubs, cabarets, pubs, and similar establishments. It also mandates that restaurants, eateries, hotels, bars, resorts, barber shops, parlors, and itinerant restaurants must have a valid Sanitary Permit and a Sanitation Standards Sticker (P25) visibly posted, with full compliance to keep these. The ordinance took effect upon approval.
