Summary: This ordinance, officially known as the “ANTI-HAZING ORDINANCE OF 1993”, regulates the operations of and penalizes specific acts committed by groups, gangs, sororities, fraternities, and other aggregations of individuals within Naga City. It prohibits actions undertaken as a requirement for admission or as part of hazing.
