Summary: This ordinance serves to correct a typographical error found in Section 110 of Ordinance No. 92-048, known as the “Revised Sanitary Code of Naga City”. The corrected Section 110 now mandates that “Any stable owner or operator must always keep clean and sanitary his stable (s) by burying or burning all waste materials to avoid breeding for flies”. The ordinance became effective immediately upon its approval.
