This ordinance establishes the “REVISED SANITARY CODE OF NAGA CITY”. Its core purpose is to safeguard public health, safety, and welfare. The code is comprehensive, covering general sanitation maintenance, building sanitation requirements (including water supply, waste disposal, pest control, noise abatement, lighting, and ventilation) , regulations for sidewalk vending and related activities (including registration and cleanliness) , anti-littering and proper garbage disposal , sewage and toilet facilities , water supply regulations , and sanitary standards for hotels, lodging houses, boarding houses, and tenement houses.
