Summary/Additional Info:
Summary: This ordinance further amends previous ordinances regarding the Naga City Public Market. It declares specific areas on the deck floor, second floor, connecting ramp, and ground floor open spaces along General Luna, Zamora Streets, and Jaime Hernandez Avenue as available for use, lease, and occupancy during the annual Peñafrancia Festivities (September 1 to October 15). The ordinance establishes package rental rates for these spaces, which cover Mayor’s Permit, business tax, sanitary permit, garbage fee, fire inspection fee, electric consumption, and ID. Rental rates vary based on the location and class of the space, as well as the types of goods sold. The Market Awards Committee is responsible for the disposition and awarding of these spaces.
