Summary/Additional Info:
Summary: This ordinance repeals Ordinance No. 289, Series of 1964. The repealed ordinance had amended Ordinance No. 192, Series of 1958, which prohibited unchaperoned children below a certain age from roaming, loitering, or sleeping outside their homes at late hours. Specifically, Ordinance No. 289, Series of 1964, had changed the age limit in the prohibition from eighteen (18) years to twenty-one (21) years. By repealing this amendment, Ordinance No. 91-020 effectively removes the age change to 21. This ordinance took effect upon its approval.
