Summary: This ordinance appropriates one million pesos (P1,000,000.00) from the 1990 General Fund surplus to establish the “1991 City Relocation and Livelihood Loan Assistance Program.” The program aims to provide short-term loan capital assistance to market stallholders displaced from the Naga City Public Market for relocation purposes. Its objectives include assisting stallholders with funds for constructing new stalls in rehabilitated market areas, offering them an affordable source of funds for relocation, enabling them to continue their livelihood as vendors, and protecting them from unscrupulous money lenders.
