Summary: This ordinance modifies Article XXVIII of Ordinance No. 853, Series of 1983, by adding a new Section 138-A. This new section stipulates that the identification card required for tricycle and trimobile drivers, as per Section 135 of the original ordinance, must be the Professional ID issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO). Furthermore, each trimobile driver is mandated to submit a Xeroxed copy of their LTO Professional ID to the Naga City Police Station within one week of its issuance. The ordinance became effective upon its approval.
