Summary: Ordinance No. 2019-026, enacted on April 2, 2019 , by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, appropriates the amount of Eight Million Five Thousand Pesos (PHP 8,005,000.00) to fund unclaimed awards for Best Performing Barangay Health Center, Most Child-Friendly Barangay, and Parolan for the years 2015 to 2018. This amount is chargeable against the 2018 surplus. The ordinance was sponsored by Hon. Cecilia BD Veluz-De Asis, Hon. Gregorio R. Abonal, Hon. Vidal P. Castillo, and Hon. Salvador M. Del Castillo. It was certified correct by City Vice Mayor and Presiding Officer Nelson Legacion, and Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlungsod Gil A. De La Torre. The ordinance was approved by City Mayor John G. Bongat on April 15, 2019.
