he City Government of Naga (CGN), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites all interested Agricultural Cooperatives and Farmers’ Groups to submit price quotations for the supply and delivery of well-milled rice. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with Republic Act No. 11321, otherwise known as the “Sagip Saka Act,” which aims to increase the income of farmers and fisherfolk by bypassing middle-market intermediaries through direct purchase.
The CGN reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, to annul the procurement process, and to reject all quotations at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
