Resolution Favorably Endorsing to the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Vivencio B. Dizon, the Letter Dated January 26, 2026 of the Honorable City Mayor Maria Leonor G. Robredo, Requesting for Assistance and Support for the Development of a Detention Pond at the Back of the Major Seminary Located at Barangay Concepcion Pequeña, Naga City

Formally backs Mayor Robredo’s appeal to DPWH Secretary Vivencio B. Dizon for support in constructing a sustainable detention pond/rainwater harvesting facility behind the Major Seminary in Barangay Concepcion Pequeña to mitigate city flooding and boost climate resilience.
