Resolution Authorizing Her Honor, the City Mayor to Enter Into, Negotiate, and Sign the Memorandum of Agreement With the Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) Relative to the Lease of Space, Particularly Grids 28-30 at the Ground Floor of the JMR Coliseum

Authorizes the City Mayor to sign a MOA renewing the lease of office space (specifically Grids 28-30 on the ground floor of the JMR Coliseum) to the Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) following the expiration of their previous contract.
