Resolution Granting Geronimo Petron Service Center, a Provisional Exemption From City Ordinance No. 2025-110 (Amended Truck Ban Ordinance of Naga City), Subject to Certain Terms and Conditions to Be Implemented by the Naga City Public Safety Office Under the Implementing Rules and Regulations

Grants a 6-month provisional truck ban exemption to Geronimo Petron Service Center. This ensures the uninterrupted delivery of essential petroleum products via tanker trucks to support public transportation, emergency services, and general public operations within the city.
