Resolution Granting Inland South Cargo Express, Inc. Doing Business Under the Name and Style of Daily Overland Freight Forwarder, a Provisional Exemption From City Ordinance No. 2025-110 (Amended Truck Ban Ordinance of Naga City), Subject to Certain Terms and Conditions to Be Implemented by the Naga City Public Safety Office Under the Implementing Rules and Regulations

Grants a 6-month conditional truck ban exemption to Inland South Cargo Express, Inc. (Daily Overland Freight Forwarder) to preserve supply chain efficiency, balancing municipal traffic decongestion with local commerce requirements.
