RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY URGING THE DEPARTMENT OF BUDGET AND MANAGEMENT (DBM) TO RESPOND FAVORABLY TO THE AUGUST 18, 2025 LETTER-REQUEST OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTANTS (PhALGAs) , SEEKING THE ISSUANCE OF A POLICY CLARIFICATION THAT WILL RESOLVE THE IMPASSE IN LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS (LGUs) ON THE RELEASE OF PHILHEALTH KONSULTA BENEFITS FOR HEALTH PROFESSIONALS AND WORKERS:-
