RESOLUTION KINDLY ENDORSING AND STRONGLY SUPPORTING THE LETTER DATED 13 NOVEMBER 2025 OF THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR MARIA LEONOR G. ROBREDO RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING THE SUPPORT OF THE HONORABLE FRANCIS N. PAN6ILINAN, SENATOR OF THE PHILIPPINES, FOR THE RETROFITTING OF THE JESSE M. ROBREDO COLISEUM (JMR COLISEUM) IN THE CITY OF NAGA:-
