A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY PAINTING OF THE PEDESTRIAN LANES SURROUNDING PLAZA QUINCE MARTIREZ AND THE TWO PEDESTRIAN LANES LOCATED ON THE SIDE OF THE MAIN BUILDING OF THE CITY HALL TO RAINBOW COLORS IN CELEBRATION OF THE PRIDE MONTH, AND REQUESTING THE CITY MAYOR TO DIRECT THE CITY ENGINEER TO IMMEDIATELY TAKE ACTION TO ACHIEVE THIS OBJECTIVE
