Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Naga, in session assembled, that:
Ordinance No. 2026-067, entitled: “An ordinance granting Robiedo, Inc. the authority to operate a Bingo Botique at Villa Caceres Hotel, Magsaysay Avenue, Naga City from 12:00 noon up to 12:00 midnight for a period from June 16, 2026 to June 16, 2029, subject to certain regulations.” is hereby repealed.
This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
ENACTED: August 18, 2026.
WE HEREBY CERTIFY to the correctness of the foregoing ordinance.
