AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CHARGING AGAINST THE CURRENT APPROPRIATION OF THE CITY MAYOR’S OFFICE (CMO) THE AMOUNT OF EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE PESOS & 12/100 (P8,533.12) TO COVER PAYMENT OF PRIOR YEAR’S TERMINAL LEAVE BENEFITS

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Naga, that:
SECTION 1. The charging against the current appropriation of the City Mayor’s Office (CMO) the amount of Eight Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-Three Pesos & 12/100 (P8,533.12) is hereby authorized to cover payment of prior year’s terminal leave benefits, as detailed below:
