This ordinance amends Section 3 of City Ordinance No. 2025-102, which is the ordinance creating permanent positions in the City Government of Naga. The amendment corrects a clerical error in the position title under the Bicol Central Station. The position title “Watchman II” is amended to “Administrative Aide IV (Driver II)”. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2025-102, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS “AN ORDINANCE CREATING PERMANENT POSITIONS FOR VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICES IN THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF NAGA”:-

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The amendment to Section 3 of City Ordinance No. 2025-102 seeks to correct a clerical error in the position title listed as “Watchman II” under the Bicol Central Station, which was erroneously indicated instead of the intended “Administrative Aide IV (Driver II)”. The position of Driver II was duly published and approved in the Civil Service Portal as reflected in the official records. This ordinance rectifies the discrepancy to align the ordinance with the authorized staffing documentation, ensuring accuracy in the city government’s organizational structure and compliance with applicable civil service requirements.
Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Naga, that:
SECTION 1. TITLE. This ordinance shall be known as “An Amendatory Ordinance to City Ordinance No. 2025-102”.
SECTION 2. Section 3 of existing City Ordinance No. 2025-202, specifically the position title “Watchman II” created under the Bicol Central Station is hereby amended with the position “Administrative Aide IV (Driver II)..
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
