EDWARD ROXAS FOR REZONING OF A PARCEL OF LAND COVERED BY TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NUMBERS 086- 2017001622, 24317, AND 24316 CONTAINING AN AREA OF 945 SQUARE METERS LOCATED AT LOT 4, LOT 5, AND LOT 6, BLOCK 7, CONCEPCION GRANDE, NAGA CITY, FROM MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO COMMERCIAL ZONE AS THE SITE FOR THEIR PROPOSED RESORT FACILITY:

Highlights

AN ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2000-071, BY APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF MR. EDWARD ROXAS FOR REZONING OF A PARCEL OF LAND COVERED BY TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NUMBERS 086-2017001622, 24317, AND 24316 CONTAINING AN AREA OF 945 SQUARE METERS LOCATED AT LOT 4, LOT 5, AND LOT 6, BLOCK 7, CONCEPCION GRANDE, NAGA CITY, FROM MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO COMMERCIAL ZONE AS THE SITE FOR THEIR PROPOSED RESORT FACILITY:

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Naga, that:

SECTION 1. City Ordinance No. 2000-071 is hereby further amended, by approving the application of Mr. Edward Roxas for rezoning of a parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbers 086-2017001622, 24317, and 24316 containing an area of 945 square meters located at Lot 4, Lot 5, and Lot 6, Block 7, Concepcion Grande, Naga City, from Medium Density Residential Zone to Commercial Zone as the site for their proposed Resort Facility.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

ENACTED: January 20, 2026
