Highlights

This ordinance appropriates funds from the General Fund for the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP)-Naga City Fire StationThe total amount appropriated is Three Million Nine Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Eight & 65/100 Pesos (P3,936,178.65) from the share for Fiscal Years 2015, 2016, and 2023An additional One Million Five Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Two & 07/100 Pesos (P1,584,502.07), which is the balance for Fiscal Years 2014, 2015, and 2022, is also appropriatedThese funds are designated to support Fire Safety Initiatives, the procurement of basic firefighting equipment, the repair, maintenance, and improvement of fire station facilities, and Fire Prevention Awareness Programs.

ORDINANCE NO. 2026-003

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Naga,

SECTION 1. The amount of Three Million Nine Hundred Thirty Six Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Eight & 65/100 Pesos (P3,935,178.65) share for the Fiscal Years 2015, 2016, and 2023 and One Million Five Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Two & 07/100 Pesos (P1,584,502.07) balance for the Fiscal Years 2014, 2015 and 2022, under the General Fund, is hereby appropriated to support the Fire Safety Initiatives, procurement of basic firefighting equipment, repair, maintenance, and improvement of fire station facilities, and Fire Prevention Awareness Programs.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

ENACTED: January 20, 2026
