AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SHARE FOR THE FISCAL YEARS 2015, 2016, AND 2023 AMOUNTING TO THREE MILLION NINE HUNDRED THIRTY SIX THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY EIGHT & 65/100 PESOS (P3,936,178.65), AND ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWO & 07/100 PESOS (P1,584,502.07) BALANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEARS 2014, 2015 AND 2022 TO THE BUREAU OF FIRE PROTECTION-NAGA CITY FIRE STATION, UNDER THE GENERAL FUND, TO SUPPORT THE FIRE SAFETY INITIATIVES, PROCUREMENT OF BASIC FIREFIGHTING EQUIPMENT, REPAIR, MAINTENANCE, AND IMPROVEMENT OF FIRE STATION FACILITIES, AND FIRE PREVENTION AWARENESS PROGRAMS:

Highlights

This ordinance appropriates funds from the General Fund for the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP)-Naga City Fire Station. The total amount appropriated is Three Million Nine Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Eight & 65/100 Pesos (P3,936,178.65) from the share for Fiscal Years 2015, 2016, and 2023. An additional One Million Five Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Two & 07/100 Pesos (P1,584,502.07), which is the balance for Fiscal Years 2014, 2015, and 2022, is also appropriated. These funds are designated to support Fire Safety Initiatives, the procurement of basic firefighting equipment, the repair, maintenance, and improvement of fire station facilities, and Fire Prevention Awareness Programs.

Highlights:

  • Appropriates a total of P3,936,178.65 (share for FYs 2015, 2016, 2023) and P1,584,502.07 (balance for FYs 2014, 2015, 2022) to the BFP-Naga City Fire Station.

ORDINANCE NO. 2026-003

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Naga,

SECTION 1. The amount of Three Million Nine Hundred Thirty Six Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Eight & 65/100 Pesos (P3,935,178.65) share for the Fiscal Years 2015, 2016, and 2023 and One Million Five Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Two & 07/100 Pesos (P1,584,502.07) balance for the Fiscal Years 2014, 2015 and 2022, under the General Fund, is hereby appropriated to support the Fire Safety Initiatives, procurement of basic firefighting equipment, repair, maintenance, and improvement of fire station facilities, and Fire Prevention Awareness Programs.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

ENACTED: January 20, 2026
