Enacted December 16, 2025 • Effective April 1, 2026
The City Government of Naga has approved Ordinance No. 2025‑121, amending Ordinance No. 2024‑069 to update service rates at Naga City General Hospital. This aligns hospital fees with PhilHealth case rates and reflects the addition of new medical equipment and services.
The ordinance takes effect on April 1, 2026, after required posting and publication.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2024-069, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS “AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING THE RATES FOR THE VARIOUS SERVICES RENDERED AT NAGA CITY GENERAL HOSPITAL” TO ALIGN IT WITH PHILHEALTH CASE RATES

EXPLANATORY NOTE
Following the acquisition of new medical equipment, the Naga City General Hospital has expanded its menu of services to include additional ultrasound procedures and newborn screening services. This Ordinance sets the service fees for these services.
SECTION 1.
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2024-069 is herein amended by:
a. Appending to Table No. 7 of the said Section new ultrasound services as follows:

SECTION 2. Effectivity
This ordinance shall take effect on April 1, 2026, subject to prior posting for three weeks at City Hall and on the city government website and social media account, and publication for three days in a newspaper of general circulation.
