AN ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2008-114, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 2011-063, BY CHANGING THE DESIGNATED
PLACE FOR VENDING FIRECRACKERS IN THE CITY OF NAGA:-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:
SECTION 1. VENDING AREA. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2008- as amended by Ordinance No. 2011-063, is hereby further amended by relocating the designated vending area for
firecrackers in Naga City from Barangay Dinaga riverside area to Bicol River Esplanade in Barangay Tabuco, Naga City.

SECTION 2. VENDING PERIOD. The vending period shall be determined and prescribed by the City Mayor upon proper application for Mayor’s Permit therefor.

SECTION 3. Vending activities shall be subject to the provisions of Republic Act 7183 or the Firecracker Law, and pertinent and relevant national regulations and issuances of
the concerned national government agencies.

SECTION 4. EFFECTIVITY. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
