Author(s)/Sponsor(s): JSummary: This ordinance temporarily withdraws Magsaysay Avenue (from Peñafrancia Avenue up to the Rotunda) and a portion of its side streets from public servitude. This closure was effective from 9:00 PM of May 5, 2022, until 12:00 midnight of May 6, 2022. The purpose of this temporary closure was to accommodate a public rally organized by Solid Leni Bicol (SLB). A condition for the closure of Magsaysay Avenue was that it would only apply from the corner of Peñafrancia Avenue up to the corner of Balatas-Dayangdang Road.oint and collective motion
