Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:

SECTION 1. The amount of one Million Six Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (P1,630,000.00) from Salary Saving of the vacant positions from City Health Office II is hereby reverted to unappropriated balance, and appropriated the same to the account Terminal Leave Benefits of City Agriculture Office in the amount of One Million Five Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (P1,530,000.00), and Solid Waste Management Office in the amount of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100,000.00) to cover the terminal leave benefits of Ms. Maria Edna B. Bongalonta (CAGO), and Mr. Felix San Juan Jr. (SWMO).

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
