The Task Force Trimobile is instructed to assist applicants in achieving the full intents and purposes of this ordinance.

ORDINANCE NO. 2022-026

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB-SECTION 3.8, SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE NO. 2021-109, ENTITLED “AN ORDINANCE GRANTING AMNESTY TO OWNERS OF TRIMOBILE-FOR-HIRE WHOSE FRANCHISES WERE ACQUIRED AND/OR TRANSFERRED DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION, FIXING THE PAYMENT OF TRANSFER AND FRANCHISE FEE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES”, BY EXTENDING THE AVAILAMENT THEREOF UNTIL APRIL 30, 2022:-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:

SECTION 1. Sub-section 3.8, Section 3 of Ordinance No. 2021-109, entitled: “An ordinance granting amnesty to owners of trimobile-for-hire whose franchises were acquired and/or transferred during the COVID-19 pandemic, providing guidelines for its implementation, fixing the payment of transfer and franchise fee, and for other purposes”, is hereby amended by extending the availment thereof until April 30, 2022, now to read as follows:

“SECTION 3. Guidelines on the Availment of Amnesty. Owners or operators of trimobile-for-hire who are covered by this ordinance shall be qualified to apply for the transfer of franchise in their name and avail of the amnesty granted herein subject to the following guidelines:

3.8. The period to avail of this Ordinance shall be from January 1, 2022 to April 30, 2022. The Task Force Trimobile shall endeavor to assist the applicants so that the full intents and purposes of this Ordinance are achieved.”

SECTION 2. Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval and publication in a newspaper of local circulation.

ENACTED: March 29, 2022
