AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB-SECTION 3.8, SECTION 3OF ORDINANCE NO. 2021-109, ENTITLED: “AN ORDINANCE GRANTING AMNESTY TO OWNERS OF TRIMOBILE-FOR-HIRE WHOSE FRANCHISES WERE ACQUIRED TAND/OR TRANSFERRED DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR ITS IMPLEMENTSATION, FIXING THE PAYMENT OF TRANSFER AND FRANCHISE FEE, AND/OR FOR OTHER PURPOSES”, BY EXTENDING THE AVAILMENT THEREOF UNTIL APRIL 30, 2022

Summary: This ordinance amends Sub-section 3.8, Section 3 of Ordinance No. 2021-109. The original ordinance granted amnesty to owners of trimobile-for-hire whose franchises were acquired and/or transferred during the COVID-19 pandemic. This amendment extends the period to avail of this amnesty until April 30, 2022. The Task Force Trimobile is instructed to assist applicants in achieving the full intents and purposes of this ordinance.
