Summary: This ordinance further amends Ordinance No. 2000-071, which is Naga City’s Zoning Ordinance. It approves the rezoning of a parcel of land identified by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 52148, owned by Mr. Roberto Roco. The land covers an area of 1,616 square meters and is located at Zone 7, Km. 4, Barangay San Felipe, Naga City. The reclassification changes the zone from residential to commercial.

AN ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2000-071 (NAGA CITY ZONING ORDINANCE) BY REZONING A PARCEL OF LAND WITH TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 52148 REGISTERED IN THE NAME OF MR. ROBERTO ROCO COVERING AN AREA 1,616 SQUARE METERS, LOCATED AT ZONE 7, KM. 4, BARANGAY SAN FELIPE, NAGA CITY, FROM RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL ZONE, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS:-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:
SECTION 1. – Ordinance No. 2000-071 (Naga City Zoning Ordinance) is hereby further amended by rezoning a parcel of the land with Transfer Certificate of Title No. 52148 registered in the name of Mr. Roberto Roco covering an area 1,616 square meters, located at Zone 7, Km. 4, Barangay San Felipe, Naga City, from Residential to Commercial Zone, subject to the following conditions:
Construction of fire wall to prevent hazard to surrounding residential houses;
Connect the drainage to an existing drainage system in the area;
Ensure that the residents surrounding the subject site will continue to have access to the San Felipe-Carolina road and that such access also enables access of fire trucks.
SECTION 2. – This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
