AN ORDINANCE ABOLISHING THE POSITON OF DENTIST I, SG-14 IN THE CITY HEALTH OFFICE, AND CREATING TWO (2) POSITIONS OF DENTAL AIDES, SG-4 IN THE SAME OFFICE:
Summary: This ordinance abolishes the position of Dentist I (SG-14) in the City Health Office and, in its place, creates two (2) positions for Dental Aides (SG-4) within the same office. The appropriation for the newly created Dental Aide positions will be charged against the funds previously allocated for the abolished Dentist I position.

ORDINANCE NO. 2022-021
AN ORDINANCE ABOLISHING THE POSITON OF DENTIST I, SG-14 IN THE CITY HEALTH OFFICE, AND CREATING TWO (2) POSITIONS OF DENTAL AIDES, SG-4 IN THE SAME OFFICE:-
Sponsor: Hon. Jessie R. Albeus
Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:
SECTION 1. The position of Dentist I, SG 14 in the City Health Office is hereby abolished, and two (2) positions of Dental Aides, SG-4 are hereby created in the same office;
SECTION 2. The appropriation for the created tow (2) positions of Dental Aide, SG-4 shall be charged against the appropriation for the abolished position of Dentist I, SG-14;
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
ENACTED: March 29, 2022
