THE CITY AFFECTED BY THE BACKWASH OF THE PAST TWO YEARS OF PANDEMIC
Summary: This ordinance reverts Five Million Pesos (P5,000,000.00) from the appropriation originally designated for the Naga City Business Stimulus Program. This amount is then reappropriated to the Naga City Community Employment Program. The purpose of this reappropriation is to fund emergency employment opportunities for members of low-income households in the city who have been affected by the economic backwash of the past two years of the pandemic.

AN ORDINANCE REVERTING TO UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE THE AMOUNT OF FIVE MILLION PESOS (P5,000,000.00) FROM THE APPROPRIATION FOR THE NAGA CITY BUSINESS STIMULUS PROGRAM AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME TO THE NAGA CITY COMMUNITY EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM FOR EMERGENCY EMPLOYMENT OF MEMBERS OF LOW INCOME HOUSEHOLDS IN THE CITY AFFECTED BY THE BACKWASH OF THE PAST TWO YEARS OF PANDEMIC:-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:
SECTION 1. The amount of Five Million Pesos (P5,000,000.00) from the appropriation for the Naga City Business Stimulus Program is hereby reverted to unappropriated balance, and appropriated the same to the Naga City Community Employment Program for emergency employment of members of low income households in the city affected by the backwash of the past two years of pandemic;
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
