AUTHORIZING THE CHARGING AGAINST CONTINUING APPROPRIATIONS OF THE LOCAL DEVELOPMENT FUND CERTAIN PRIORITY PROJECTS, ALL OF WHICH ARE IN THE 2022 ANNUAL INVESTMENT PROGRAM (AIP) DULY APPROVED BY THE CITY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL (CDC):-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:

SECTION 1. The charging against continuing appropriations of the Local Development Fund is hereby authorized for the following priority projects which are in the 2022 Annual Investment Program (AIP) duly approved by the City Development Council (CDC), to wit:

  1. Asphalt overlay, Magsaysay-Dayangdang Bgy Hall — P 8,217,900.00
  2. Road concreting, Angel Village, Carolina — 986,400.00
  3. Repair of covered court, Calauag ES — 625,200.00
  4. Repair and repainting of Children’s Center, Dayangdang — 378,400.00
  5. Covered motorcycle parking, City Hall — 348,700.00
  6. Road concreting, Smallville, Del Rosario — 236,200.00
  7. Construction of waiting shed, Consuelo Heights, Carolina — 173,200.00
  8. Improvement of roads, Sanitary Landfill Site — 2,203,000.00
  9. Repainting of BSTC — 500,000.00
  10. Road concreting, Yabu ES Access Road — 3,500,000.00
  11. Road concreting, Sitio Almeda, Pacol — 1,200,000.00
  12. Improvement of PNP Station, Carolina — 315,500.00
  13. Repair of covered court and stage, Con. Grande ES — 1,000,000.00
  14. Improvement of Multi-Purpose Hall, NCSHS — 850,000.00
  15. Completion of CCN Building — 732,262.00
  16. Temporary Padyak Stations: Villa Grande, Villa Corazon, Ramaida Village, all in Concepcion Grande — 1,200,000.00
  17. Temporary Padyak stations: Dona Clara, near Pequena Bgy. Hall, BMC Road, all in Concepcion Pequena — 1,200,000.00

TOTAL — P23,666,762.00

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
