Summary: Ordinance No. 2020-087, enacted on September 15, 2020, authorizes the City Mayor to exercise the power of eminent domain to acquire a parcel of land measuring approximately ten thousand (10,000) hectares in Barangay Carolina, Naga City, registered under the name of Mr. Antonio Merilles Jr. This land is intended to be utilized as the site for the Decentralized Services Sites Project.
