ORDINANCE NO. 2020-083

AN ORDINANCE INDEFINITELY SUSPENDING THE EFFECTIVITY OF ORDINANCE NO. 2013-053 (ESTABLISHING THE NAGA RIVER REHABILITATION AND DEVELOPMENT FUND) MAKING AVAILABLE FOR APPROPRIATION TO OTHER URGENT USES THE BALANCES UNDER THE CURRENT YEAR’S NAGA RIVER REHABILITATION PROJECT FUND AND THE TRUST FUND ACCUMULATED FROM PRIOR YEARS INTENDED FOR THE SAME PURPOSE:-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:

SECTION 1. The effectivity of Ordinance No. 2013-053 (Establishing the Naga River Rehabilitation and Development Fund) is hereby indefinitely suspended, and the balances under current year’s Naga River Rehabilitation Fund and the Trust Fund accumulated from prior years intended for the same purpose are hereby appropriated to other urgent uses;

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
