AN ORDINANCE WITHDRAWING PORTION OF EVANGELISTA STREET FROM PUBLIC SERVITUDE AND DEVOTING THE SAME TO THE CITY’S LIVELIHOOD PROJECT FOR MICRO AND SMALL ENTREPRENUEURS
Summary: Ordinance No. 2020-049, enacted on June 9, 2020, mandates the withdrawal of a portion of Evangelista Street from public servitude. This area is then specifically devoted to the City’s Livelihood Project for micro and small entrepreneurs. The ordinance, sponsored by Hon. ORDINANCE NO. 2020-049
AN ORDINANCE WITHDRAWING PORTION OF EVANGELISTA STREET FROM PUBLIC SERVITUDE AND DEVOTING THE SAME TO THE CITY’S LIVELIHOOD PROJECT FOR MICRO AND SMALL ENTREPRENEURS:
Sponsor: Hon. Joselito S.A. del Rosario, Ph.D.
Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:
SECTION 1. A portion of Evangelista Street is hereby withdrawn from public servitude, and devoted to the city’s Livelihood Project for micro and small entrepreneurs (per hereto attached plan);
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
