ORDINANCE NO. 2020-049

AN ORDINANCE WITHDRAWING PORTION OF EVANGELISTA STREET FROM PUBLIC SERVITUDE AND DEVOTING THE SAME TO THE CITY’S LIVELIHOOD PROJECT FOR MICRO AND SMALL ENTREPRENEURS:

Sponsor: Hon. Joselito S.A. del Rosario, Ph.D.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:

SECTION 1. A portion of Evangelista Street is hereby withdrawn from public servitude, and devoted to the city’s Livelihood Project for micro and small entrepreneurs (per hereto attached plan);

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

ENACTED: June 9, 2020

WE HEREBY CERTIFY to the correctness of the foregoing ordinance.
