AN ORDINANCE REVERTING THE AMOUNT OF FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (P420,000.00) FROM OTHER MAINTENANCE AND OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD TO DONATIONS-AICS UNDER THE CITY SOCIAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICE (CSWDO)
Summary: Ordinance No. 2020-043, enacted on May 19, 2020, on joint and collective motion of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, mandates the reversion of Four Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (P420,000.00) from the “Other Maintenance & Operating Expenses” of the Sangguniang Panlungsod. This amount is then directed to “Donations-AICS” (Aid to Individuals in Crisis Situations) under the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO). The ordinance was certified correct by City Vice Mayor Cecilia B. Veluz-De Asis and Secretary Gil A. De La Torre, and approved by City Mayor Nelson S. Legacion.

On joint and collective motion
Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:
SECTION 1.– The amount of Four Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (P420,000.00) from Other Maintenance & Operating Expenses of the Sangguniang Panlungsod is hereby reverted to Donations-AICS under the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO);
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
