AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED PESOS (P101,800.00) TO COVER THE PROCUREMENT OF RICE FOR DONATION, CHARGEABLE AGAINST THE DONATIONS ACCOUNT OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD
Summary: Ordinance No. 2020-042, enacted on May 19, 2020 , by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, appropriates PHP 101,800.00 for the procurement of rice for donation. This amount is chargeable against the Donations Account of the Sangguniang Panlungsod. The ordinance was passed on a joint and collective motion. It was certified correct by City Vice Mayor and Presiding Officer Cecilia B. Veluz-De Asis , and Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlungsod Gil A. De La Torre. City Mayor Nelson S. Legacion approved the ordinance.

On joint and collective motion
Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:
SECTION 1. The amount of One Hundred One Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (P101,800.00) is hereby appropriated to cover the procurement of rice for donation, chargeable against the donations Account of the Sangguniang Panlungsod;
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
