LANDANGAN, AREA TECHNICAL ENGINEER, BRIA HOMES NAGA FOR REZONING OF SOME 262,172 SQUARE METER LAND LOCATED IN BARANGAY SAN ISIDRO FROM AGRO-INDUSTRIAL TO RESIDENTIAL, PROVIDED, THAT WHATEVER DEVELOPMENT THAT WILL BE INTRODUCED IN THE AREA WILL RESPECT AND RETAIN THE EXISTING ROADS BEING USED AS RIGHT OF WAY OF THE FAMILIES RESIDING IN THE AREA AND IN OTHER ADJOINING PROPERTIES

Summary: This ordinance further amends Ordinance No. 2000-071 by approving the application of Engr. Eric R. Landangan of Bria Homes Naga for the rezoning of approximately 262,172 square meters of land in Barangay San Isidro, Naga City, from agro-industrial to residential use. The approval is granted with the condition that any development introduced in the area must respect and retain the existing roads currently used as rights of way by families residing in the area and in other adjoining properties.

ORDINANCE NO. 2020-017

AN ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2000-071, BY APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF ENGR. ERIC R. LANDANGAN, AREA TECHNICAL ENGINEER, BRIA HOMES NAGA FOR REZONING OF SOME 262,172 SQUARE-METER LAND LOCATED IN BARANGAY SAN ISIDRO FROM AGRO-INDUSTRIAL TO RESIDENTIAL, PROVIDED, THAT WHATEVER DEVELOPMENT THAT WILL BE INTRODUCED IN THE AREA WILL RESPECT AND RETAIN THE EXISTING ROADS BEING USED AS RIGHT OF WAY OF THE FAMILIES RESIDING IN THE AREA AND IN OTHER ADJOINING PROPERTIES:-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:

SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2000-071 is hereby further amended by approving the application of Engr. Eric R. Landangan, Area Technical Engineer, Bria Homes Naga for rezoning of some 262,172 square-meter land located in Barangay San Isidro from agro-industrial to residential, provided, that whatever development that will be introduced in the area will respect and retain the existing roads being used as right of way of the families residing in the area and in other adjoining properties;

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

ENACTED: March 10, 2020
