ORDINANCE NO. 2020-009

AN ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2000-071, BY APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF MR. JOSE G. MONASTERIO FOR REZONING OF A PARCEL OF LAND WITH TCT NO. 086-2014000502 LOCATED AT BARANGAY CARARAYAN, NAGA CITY, WITH A TOTAL AREA OF TWO THOUSAND (2,000) SQUARE METERS FROM RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL USE, SUBJECT TO THE CONDITION THAT THE APPLICANT SHALL CONSTRUCT THE DRAINAGE FRONTING THE PROPERTY APPLIED FOR IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SPECIFICATIONS APPROVED BY THE CITY ENGINEER’S OFFICE:-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:

SECTION 1. – Ordinance No. 2000-071 is hereby further amended by approving the application of Mr. Jose G. Monasterio for rezoning of a parcel of land with TCT No. 086-2014000502 located at Barangay Cararayan, Naga City, with a total area of Two Thousand (2,000) square meters from residential to commercial use, subject to the condition that the applicant shall construct the drainage fronting the property applied for in accordance with the specifications approved by the City Engineer’s Office;

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

ENACTED: February 4, 2020
