AN ORDINANCE WITHDRAWING FROM PUBLIC SERVITUDE THE KINASTILLOHAN STREET AS VENUE OF THE ANNUAL FERIA FLORAL 2020 TO BE HELD ON FEBRUARY 7-15, 2020
Summary: Ordinance No. 2020-006, enacted on January 28, 2020, temporarily withdraws Kinastillohan Street from public servitude to designate it as the official venue for the Annual Feria Floral 2020. The event is scheduled from February 11-17, 2020. The ordinance specifies the types of items permitted for sale, which include various categories such as stuff toys, native baskets with stuff toys, different types of bouquets (stuff toy, chocolate, fresh flowers with stuff toys), single roses, fresh flowers, balloons, small Valentine’s gift items (including handmade products by SCVA members), Valentine-themed cups and mugs, and couple T-shirts made by selected CSVA family members.

AN ORDINANCE WITHDRAWING FROM PUBLIC SERVITUDE THE KINASTILLOHAN STREET AS VENUE OF THE ANNUAL FERIA FLORAL 2020 TO BE HELD ON FEBRUARY 7-15, 2020:-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga that:
SECTION 1. The Kinastillohan Street is hereby withdrawn from public servitude as venue of the Annual Feria Floral 2020 of the City of Smile Vendors Association to be held on February 11-17, 2020, with the following allowable items to sell:
Stuff Toys
Native Basket with Stuff Toys
Stuff Toy Bouquet
Bouquet of Chocolates
Fresh Flowers with Stuff Toys and
Bouquet of Stuff Toys and Chocolates
Single Rose
Fresh Flowers
Balloons with different designs
Valentine’s gift items (small items)
(Hand-made products of SCVA members)
Cups and Mugs with Valentine Design
Couple T-Shirt (made by selected CSVA family-member).
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
