AN ORDINANCE REVERTING TO UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE THE AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED SIXTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (P216,000.00) AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME TO SPECIAL PURPOSE APPROPRIATIONS – ESSENTIAL COMMUNITY SERVICES TO COVER THE YEAR-END INCENTIVE OF SCHOOL BASED HEALTH WORKERS ASSIGNED IN ALL PUBLIC AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS OF THE CITY AT THE RATE OF SIX THOUSAND PESOS (P6,000.00) PER WORKER
This ordinance authorizes the reversion of P216,000.00 to the unappropriated balance to be re-allocated for Special Purpose Appropriations-Essential Community Services. The primary objective is to fund the Year-End Incentive for School-Based Health Workers. These workers, assigned to all public and secondary schools in Naga City, are granted an incentive at a rate of P6,000.00 per worker.

AN ORDINANCE REVERTING TO UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE THE AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED SIXTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (P216,000.00) AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME TO SPECIAL PURPOSE APPROPRIATIONS- ESSENTIAL COMMUNITY SERVICES TO COVER THE YEAR-END INCENTIVE OF SCHOOL BASED HEALTH WORKERS ASSIGNED IN ALL PUBLIC AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS OF THE CITY AT THE RATE OF SIX THOUSAND PESOS (P6,000.00) PER WORKER:-

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:
SECTION 1. The amount of Two Hundred Sixteen Thousand Pesos (P216,000.00) is hereby reverted to unappropriated balance and appropriated to Special Purpose Appropriation- Essential Community Services to cover the Year-End Incentive of School Based Health Workers assigned in all public secondary schools if the city at the rate of Six Thousand Pesos (P6,000.00) per worker;
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
