AN ORDINANCE REVERTING THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE THE AMOUNT OF THREE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P3,500,000.00) FROM SALARY SAVINGS, AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME TO DONATIONS UNDER THE CITY SOCIAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICE (CSWDO)
Summary: This ordinance reverts ₱3,500,000 in unused salary savings from various personnel accounts into the city’s unappropriated balance, then appropriates the same amount to the Donations – Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations (AICS) under the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO). The funds are intended to provide direct aid to constituents facing emergency situations. Engineer Milo Raquid-Arroyo sponsored the measure. It took effect upon city mayoral approval and certification of correctness by the Sangguniang Panlungsod Secretary.

AN ORDINANCE REVERTING THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE THE AMOUNT OF THREE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P3,500,000.00) FROM SALARY SAVINGS, AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME TO DONATION UNDER THE CITY SOCIAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICE (CSWDO): –

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Naga, that:
SECTION 1. – The amount of Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P3,500,000.00) is hereby reverted to unappropriated balance and appropriated to Donation under the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) per Schedule of Salary Savings, to wit:
